Clean
                        water is continuously
                        fed into the tank.
                     
                    Water Intakes. 
                        
                            Surface
                                Skimmer. Surface
                                water is taken to provide oxygen
                                to the bio filter area.
                             
                            Prefilter. Water
                                from the bottom of the tank is
                                taken as well. The bottom of the
                                tank is continuously swept clean
                                by the water flowing into this
                                intake.
                             
                        
                     
                    The pump. This unit
                        drives the water through the system.
                     
                    Bio
                        filter. This unit
                        provides biological filtration. It is
                        available in several configurations and
                        styles, depending on the needs of the
                        system.
                     
                    The chiller. This unit,
                        which is optional, depending on the
                        specimens kept, will cool the water to an
                        ideal temperature.
                     
                    The
                        cleaned
                        and conditioned water is then fed back
                        to the tank.
